Hyundai Azera, 2011 model
Hyundai revealed an updated 2011 Azera at the Chicago auto show.
The biggest news comes in the drivetrain department, with updated engines and a new six-speed automatic transmission with manual shift function. Both the 3.3-liter and the 3.8-liter V6s gain dual continuously variable valve timing and a variable intake system. For the 3.3-liter, power increases by 26 hp to 260 hp, and city/highway fuel-economy ratings improve by 2 mpg to 20/28 mpg. The range-topping 3.8-liter features a power jump of 20 hp to 283 hp, and fuel economy improves to 19/27 mpg.
The 2011 Azera goes on sale this spring.
