GM's Barra on need to reduce 'churn'

GM tapped Mary Barra in January to lead global product development, once run by former Vice Chairman Bob Lutz. In this video, she addresses investment strategies, vehicle weight-savings, and safety questions surrounding the Chevy Volt plug-in hybrid. She spoke after an Automotive Press Association meeting in Detroit.
